Incubated through our “Inside Armenia” project, this Wild Food Adventure takes place in the misty Miapor Mountains of Tavush, and is hosted by seasonal shepherds who live in the mountains with their livestock between the spring and fall months. You’ll get to know them and their way of life, and enjoy some mouthwatering dishes from the region you may not have tasted before, like sali [sah-lee], a sweet flatbread they like to top with honey and nuts.
